Additional sign-in or account-related issues within Microsoft Teams for business

Based on your description, it's possible that the license was not assign to your account. To check that please contact your company IT admin to do these steps to confirm your license assignment
- Go to Microsoft Admin Center
- Go to Users > Active users
- Select your account
- Click Licenses and Apps
- Check if the Microsoft Teams license is assigned to you:
- If not, please assign it and save change
- If the license is already assigned, please remove the license and assign it again.
Please take note that it may take up to 24 hours to assigned successfully. If over 24h hours, I strongly suggest you tell your admin raise support ticket refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
