can’t login after approve the license for organization

My demo version for Teams for organisation has ended up when I was on vacation. I sent request to the admin for the license, it was approved (I got the email), but could not login as saw the same banner with request the license.

The next day I sent request one more time and now I see it is in the queue, but the admin doesn’t see it on his side, I still cannot login, problem is not solved.

I could not write to support agent as can’t login and I’m not an admin. How this can be solved?

    Hi @Nataliia

    Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and for providing those details about your login issue.  

    Based on your description, it's possible that the license was not assign to your account. To check that please contact your company IT admin to do these steps to confirm your license assignment

    • Go to Microsoft Admin Center
    • Go to Users > Active users
    • Select your account
    • Click Licenses and Apps
    • Check if the Microsoft Teams license is assigned to you:
      • If not, please assign it and save change
      • If the license is already assigned, please remove the license and assign it again.

    Please take note that it may take up to 24 hours to assigned successfully. If over 24h hours, I strongly suggest you tell your admin raise support ticket refer to: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
