Based on your description, I understand that you’re having trouble accessing the option to download the attendance register in Teams and would like assistance with this feature.

- Is this for a meeting you organized or one where you were a participant?
- Do you see the Attendance tab under the meeting details in Teams or the calendar (In Teams > go to Calendar > Select the Meeting > Zoom it out so you could see more details > On the right hand, you could see the Tracking part with the attendees' names and click on (...) to download as CSV)? Just to clarify, when you say you can’t access the download option anymore, does that mean you can still see the Attendance report but the download button is missing?

- Has your organization recently changed any Teams policies or meeting settings (e.g. the Attendance and engagement report option is set to Off)? Could you please reach out to your IT Admin to confirm that?
- Are you able to download attendance for other meetings that you are the organizer, or is this issue specific to one meeting?
