I understand you’d like to know if it’s possible to reverse photo direction (flip) on a laptop camera when capturing them as the way you can on your cell phone camera.
Unfortunately, most laptop cameras don’t include a built‑in “flip” or “mirror” feature like phone cameras do. However, you can flip the picture after you take it. Here's how to do it (Windows):
- Open the picture from file explorer > Click Edit button
- Choose Flip image horizontally at the bottom right. This will flip your pictures.
If you’d like to suggest adding an option to reverse images while taking photos, I highly recommend submitting your idea directly through the Feedback Hub. This way, the engineering team can review it and consider including the feature in a future update.
