Run netplwiz command.

Click Add > then add user account details (for ex. Microsoft account) to finish adding account.

To remove old account, again run netplwiz command.

Select the account you want to delete, and click Remove.

To create a new administrator account on Windows 11, you can follow these steps:

1. Open Settings: Press Windows + I to open the Settings app.
2. Navigate to Accounts: Click on Accounts in the left sidebar.
3. Family & other users: Select Family & other users.
4. Add a new user: Under the Other users section, click on Add someone else to this PC.
5. Create account: Follow the prompts to create a new account. You can choose to create a Microsoft account or a local account. If you want to make it an administrator account, you will need to set it up as such later.
6. Change account type: After creating the account, select it from the list, click on Change account type, and then select Administrator from the dropdown menu.

To remove an old administrator account:

1. Open Settings: Again, press Windows + I to access Settings.
2. Navigate to Accounts: Click on Accounts.
3. Family & other users: Go to Family & other users.
4. Select the account: Find the old administrator account you wish to remove, click on it, and select Remove.
5. Confirm removal: Follow the prompts to confirm the removal of the account.

Make sure you are logged in as an administrator to perform these actions.
