    Hi @Steven Rupea,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out about the notification regarding your $4.60 invoice. I truly appreciate your patience and the detailed information you provided.

I understand that when you check your account, the balance shows $0, but you are still receiving reminders to pay the $4.60 invoice before service interruption. I can see how this could be confusing, so I’d like to explain it as clearly as possible.

After reviewing the situation, it appears there may be a difference between the account balance shown in the portal and the actual invoice status. Even when the overall balance is $0, the system may still detect an open/unpaid invoice in your Billing section.

This can occur when the invoice is still marked as unpaid, a recent payment attempt failed after you updated your payment method, or the portal shows a $0 balance due to credits or a sync delay while the invoice still requires action.

In this case I strongly recommend raising a support ticket directly with the Billing Support team. They have the necessary tools and system access to review transaction details, invoice status, and resolve any payment-related issues.

After they finish reviewing and fixing the issue, your account will reflect the correct payment status, the invoice will be properly closed on their end, and any service interruption warnings will be removed.

    Please follow the steps below:

    • Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with your Microsoft administrator account. (If you're not an admin, please contact your organization's administrator to submit a request on your behalf.)
    • On right bottom corner click on "Help & support"
    • User's image
    • After that choose the "Contact support".
    • User's image
    • Describe your issue and request to speak with a live agent. You may be offered options for chat or call depending on your region and support availability.

Please note that forum moderators do not have access to user account settings and cannot assist with logging in, resetting passwords, or changing access rights. While we do not have access to internal systems or administrative tools required to resolve account-specific or backend-related issues but we’ll continue doing our best to support you within the scope of our responsibilities.

I hope your issue will be resolved soon. Please feel free to reach out anytime if you need further assistance.

If you have updated your payment method and your account shows a zero balance, but you are still receiving notices to pay an invoice, it may be due to an outstanding balance that has not been cleared or recognized in the system. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check for Outstanding Balances: Ensure that there are no other invoices or charges that might not be reflected in your account balance.
    2. Review Payment Method: Confirm that the updated payment method is set as the active payment method for your subscriptions. If you have multiple subscriptions, ensure that the correct payment method is associated with each one.
    3. Contact Support: If everything appears correct but the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can provide specific details regarding your account and any potential issues with the payment processing.
    4. Monitor Emails: Keep an eye on any emails from Microsoft regarding your billing status, as they may provide additional context or instructions.

It's important to resolve any outstanding payment notices to avoid service interruptions.
