When uploading photos from computer files to the window 11 microsoft photos program, I am limited. All goes well, then it tells me it is unable to upload any more files. it does not matter which photos i select it shuts down. this has occured twicw with two different laotops

Hello, Microsoft Photos does not have a strict photo limit, but adding too many at once can cause it to stop.
Make sure Windows 11 and Photos are updated, add photos in smaller batches, check you have enough disk space, and reset the app if needed via Settings> Apps> Microsoft Photos> Advanced Options> Reset.
