Is there a way to change my program setting to eliminate receiving responses to every invitation I send out?

    Hi Karen Frost,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.

Unfortunately, you can’t set “No response requested” as a default for all meeting invites in Outlook on the web / Outlook.com. That option is only available per meeting (under Response options).

    Workaround

Create an Inbox rule to automatically move or delete meeting responses (event replies), so your inbox doesn’t get flooded.

    Path:

Settings > Mail > Rules > Add new rule

Then choose a condition like Type = Event response, and set the action to Move or Delete.

Please let me know if this proves useful to you, or if you would like further assistance.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

To set your Outlook program to not receive responses for all meeting invitations without marking each one individually, you can adjust the settings for the room or equipment mailbox if you have access to it. Here’s how you can do it:

    1. Open the room or equipment mailbox in Outlook on the web.
    2. Go to Settings > Options > Calendar > Resource scheduling.
    3. Look for the option Automatically process meeting requests and cancellations. If this setting is selected, it means that meeting requests are automatically accepted, and you may not receive responses.
    4. If you want to ensure that no responses are sent, you may need to configure the mailbox settings accordingly.

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct setting in Outlook for individual users to eliminate responses for all invitations sent out without adjusting settings for a mailbox. You may need to check with your administrator if you are using a shared mailbox or room mailbox for further assistance.
