Hi! Please try the next steps:

    1. Quit Teams completely, clear the Teams cache, and then restart and sign in again. As mentioned here please:

If the cache reset doesn’t work, the next reliable step on macOS is to remove Microsoft/Teams sign-in information. On your Mac go to Keychain and delete all the Tokens for Microsoft Teams, then restart the Mac and reinstall the latest Teams build if needed.

To fix the Teams app on macOS Sonoma that is showing the "No Network Connection [2604]" error, you can try the following steps:

    1. Check for Compatibility: It has been noted that Teams does not work well with macOS Sonoma. If possible, consider running a different macOS version, such as Ventura, where Teams has been reported to function properly.
    2. Clear Teams Cache: Since you've already deleted the keychain and cache, ensure that you have cleared the Teams cache specifically. You can do this by following these steps:
      • Quit the Teams app if it is running.
      • Open the Terminal application from the Applications > Utilities folder.
      • Enter the following command and press Return:
             rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams

      • Restart the Teams app.
    3. Reinstall Teams: If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, try uninstalling Teams completely and then reinstalling it. This can help reset any configurations that may be causing the problem.
    4. Network Settings: Since the error indicates a network issue, double-check your network settings to ensure that there are no restrictions or issues that could be affecting Teams specifically.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, consider using Teams in a web browser as a temporary solution until the app issue is resolved.
