On January 5th, 2026 I signed up for your 365 annual plan for $9.99. On February 3rd you all tried to debit $19.99 from me, unfortunately, the account that you tried to debit from has been compromised. I am prepared to update that information however, first, I have a subscription question. Per the website this $19.99 fee is supposed to be annually for the year, correct? I will not be charged $19.99 per month, correct?

Thanks in advance,

Karmel Bostic

    Hello, Karmel Bostic.

Alas, but 9,99/12,99/19,99 USD is the subscription price for only 1 month (depending on the selected edition). The cost of an annual subscription is respectively 99,99/129,99/199,99 USD:

Yes, the $19.99 fee for your Microsoft 365 annual plan is charged annually, not monthly. Therefore, you will not be charged $19.99 per month. Instead, this amount will be billed once per year for the subscription.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with updating your payment information, you may want to contact Microsoft support directly.
