Hi Harry Patel,

I understand how concerning it is to see a large charge like this on your compromised account. It's totally reasonable to request a refund on that.
However, I need to clarify: this is just a public peer-to-peer forum, limited to providing technical support. We do not have access to account data to look up service orders, process refunds, or verify payments on Microsoft Q&A.
Because this involves billing, fraud, and a Surface service order, it must be handled directly by Microsoft Support for verification. For now, it’s best to immediately secure your payment method (if not already done):
- Contact your bank and report the transaction as fraud
- Tell them Microsoft is investigating an unauthorized charge
- Request the payment provider to seize or cancel it if possible.
You’re doing the right thing by reporting the fraud. It just needs to be handled by the correct support channel, not a public forum for technical issues.
