Microsoft Advertising Managers Can't Log Into Their Advertising Accounts

On our account, I am a regular user who can edit things with the campaigns. I do not have super access. When given the information to log in, I logged in with my Microsoft account and thought that would be good. Recently though, my managers have tried to log in but their log ins have been denied.

Could I have accidently locked them out of the account? How do I get them access back to the account. We need to change our credit card information but they can't log in and I don't have the access to alter the information myself.

It sounds like your managers are experiencing login issues due to potential mismatches in their account credentials or permissions. Here are some steps you can take to help them regain access:

    1. Check Email Addresses: Ensure that the email addresses your managers are using to log in match the ones registered in the Microsoft Advertising platform. If they are using a different email, they will not be able to access the account.
    2. User Manager Role: If you are not the User Manager for your account, you may need to contact the designated User Manager to update their email addresses or permissions. The User Manager can help ensure that the accounts are set up correctly.
    3. Contact Support: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, consider reaching out to Microsoft Advertising Support for assistance. They can provide guidance on how to restore access to the accounts.
    4. Account Permissions: If your managers require higher-level permissions to access certain features, they might need to have their accounts updated to reflect the necessary permissions.
    5. Clear Browser Data: Sometimes, clearing the browser's cache and cookies can resolve login issues. Your managers can try this step if they continue to face difficulties logging in.

By following these steps, you should be able to help your managers regain access to their accounts so they can update the credit card information as needed.
