Troubleshooting website display or functionality issues in Edge on Windows 11
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
After opening the website of Jewel/Osco I can normally enter the product I'm looking for, and it opens. But now I enter a product to see if they have stock the uploading icon just keeps turning for 5 minutes. I'm using a LG laptop computer and do not have a smart phone. I have a Jitterbug flip phone that can receive text, but I can't text back because it's the old system of texting. I called Jewel/Osco Technician, and he said it's my computer. This problem started 5 to 7 days ago, Microsoft had updates lately with operating system and many with security.
Is there something I can do to correct this problem.
Sincerely,
Deborah Bergquist

Hi,
Thank you for sharing your question. I understand how inconvenient it is when a website that normally works suddenly stops loading properly, especially when the loading spinner keeps turning for several minutes.
According to a recent Microsoft Q&A discussion, similar issues with the Jewel/Osco website began occurring for other users within the past week, and symptoms match exactly what you’re seeing the search loads but then only shows the spinning icon without displaying results. When a website continues to spin like this, it is often caused by cached or outdated site data in the browser, local DNS issues, or browser‑level conflicts that started after updates. Troubleshooting guidance for sites that appear “up” but won’t load correctly recommends refreshing the browser, clearing cache and cookies, and flushing DNS to eliminate outdated or corrupted local data. Running a DNS flush (ipconfig /flushdns) and clearing your browser cache are known steps that help when the website is reachable but not functioning properly on your specific device. Since Jewel/Osco’s site is confirmed to be up and functioning, these local troubleshooting steps are the first and most effective actions to restore normal behavior. Trying another browser—such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox can also help quickly determine whether the issue is browser‑specific.
Would you like me to guide you step‑by‑step through clearing your cache, flushing DNS, or testing the site in another browser on your LG laptop?
Please feel free to follow up with any new symptoms or results after trying these steps so I can help you fully resolve the issue.
Best Regards,
Noel
