Locked out of Microsoft 365 Business tenant – MFA broken, no recovery options work

I am the only global admin of my Microsoft 365 Business tenant and I am locked out due to broken MFA. All recovery URLs return 404 or internal VPN pages. The MFA fallback does nothing. The login flow returns ctx errors. Regional support numbers are unreachable from Croatia. I cannot open a support ticket because the portal requires login. I need an identity verification escalation to regain access to my tenant.

I have been unable to access my tenant for approximately 8 months. During this time, my yearly subscription continued running even though I could not use the service. Now the subscription has auto‑renewed and Microsoft is attempting to charge my credit card again, but I cannot cancel the subscription because I cannot access the admin portal.

I need:

  1. An identity verification escalation so I can regain access to my tenant.
  2. Cancellation of the subscription.
  3. A refund for the new yearly renewal (if charged).
  4. A refund for the 8 months of the previous yearly subscription during which I could not access or use the service.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
