    Hi Juan Camilo Quintero,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

Please give me more information so I can better understand your issue:

    • Can you open the website on Edge with newly created profile?
    • Can you open the website on another browser?
    • Can you open the website on another device on a same network?
    • Are you using any kind of proxy / socks/ VPN?

    Thank you for your time.

Hi! Let me help you with this issue.

Please try restarting your WIFI modem/router, power it off and then power it back on, and then restart your laptop as well.

If you are having trouble accessing a web page in Colombia while using Microsoft Edge in Canada, here are a few steps you can try:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
    2. Disable Tracking Prevention: Sometimes, tracking prevention settings can block certain websites. You can try disabling it temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Clear Browser Cache: Clearing the cache can help resolve loading issues. Go to Edge settings and clear browsing data.
    4. Check for Edge Updates: Make sure you are using the latest version of Microsoft Edge, as updates can fix bugs and improve performance.
    5. Try a Different Network: If possible, try accessing the website from a different network to rule out network-related issues.
    6. Use a VPN: If the website is region-restricted, using a VPN to connect through a Colombian server might help.
    7. Check Security Settings: Ensure that your security settings are not blocking the site. You may need to add the site to your trusted sites list.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to look into specific error messages or behaviors you are experiencing for further troubleshooting.
