Urgent: Unknown Login Attempts on My Teams Account - Security Clarification Required

I recently noticed multiple unknown or suspicious login attempts on my Microsoft Teams account.

I would like clarification on the following:

1. Were any of these login attempts successful?

Has my account been accessed from any unauthorized device or location?

1. Is there any evidence that my Microsoft Teams chat messages, files, or meeting data were viewed, downloaded, or accessed?

• Current location: Sri Lanka

This is a serious security concern, and I would appreciate an urgent investigation.
I have reset my password and added authenticator app also after that.
