My Microsoft 365 subscription is active on iPhone via Apple subscription,

but shows expired on my Microsoft account.

Please relink my Apple subscription to my Microsoft account.

    Hi Salasa,

    They are separate accounts. If you sign in to the Microsoft apps using your Apple ID, does it show that the device is not activated?
