Copilot Icon not visible within Planner Premium

Good afternoon, I'm / we are not able to see the Copilot Icon within Planner Premium on the account [Moderator's note: PII has been removed]@loadingzonesafety.com. I have been working with Godaddy and Bask technical support for 3 weeks and Bask has confirmed that my laptop is setup correctly as far as they can see.

Please help as my company is very excited to utilized the new Copilot features inside Planner Premium. My phone number is [Moderator's note: PII has been removed]

    To enable Copilot in Microsoft Planner (Preview), please follow the steps below:

    • Select New plan.
    • In the Create new plan window, choose Premium.

    Important: Copilot is not available in Basic plans.

    • Enter a name for the plan, choose whether to pin it to the left navigation pane, and optionally select a Microsoft 365 group to associate with the plan.
    • Select Create to proceed.
    • Once the plan is created, locate and select the Copilot icon in the upper‑right corner of the plan interface.

    If the Copilot icon is not visible, this likely indicates that the feature has not yet been rolled out to your organization. In this case, please allow additional time for the deployment to complete.
