MS 365 Renewal and Change of Subscription

I would like to renew and change my MS 365 subscription, but I keep on getting a message telling that am too young to purchase the subscription and should get an adult to purchase it for me

    Hello,

    Please check your date of birth at account.microsoft.com under Your info and confirm if your account is part of a Microsoft Family group. Microsoft blocks purchases if your account is under the minimum age for your country or set as a child account. If your birthdate is incorrect, update it in your profile. If your account is under a family group as a child, an adult organizer must sign in and purchase the subscription for you. Microsoft does not allow underage accounts to complete paid subscriptions directly.
