DE-DUPLICATION IN PURVIEW

Before the new version, we had a de-duplication option, and emails were easy to pull. Now it has been a nightmare with the new system, and I have found no way to de-duplicate. I found that when Microsoft decided to do this new version, they didn't keep the end user in mind. Because now (unless you recently added de-duplication somehow), when I pull emails, it pulls 2,000 emails. For example, I will now have to go through all of those to determine the duplicates and get an accurate count, then I invoice the customer. That takes a lot of time!!!! I am beyond frustrated. Please tell me, is there an easier way? Is there training? anything! Please help!

    Unfortunately this is a known limitation/gap with the new experience. Many others have complained about the same, but thus far we haven't received any commitment from Microsoft with regards to the de-duplication feature.
