    Hi @Zhang, Yuanmin

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing your concern regarding deleted meeting still notifies when the meeting starts. According your concern, the issue could occur if the mailbox “Reminders” view or the reminder cache becomes corrupted, or if a sync conflict prevents Outlook from properly clearing the reminder entry. In that case, the reminder can keep reappearing and continue triggering notifications.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Empty Deleted Items & run the clean-reminders switch in Outlook
    • In Outlook, make sure you’ve permanently emptied your Deleted Items folder.
    • Close Outlook and then launch it with the command:  outlook.exe /cleanreminders

This forces Outlook to purge all reminder entries and rebuild its reminders cache.

    1. Use MFCMAPI to remove corrupted reminder entries

If the clean-reminders step doesn’t stop the notifications, please continue with these steps:

    • Download the latest MFCMAPI from GitHub: https://github.com/microsoft/mfcmapi/releases
    • In Outlook, go Offline (Send/Receive > Work Offline) and exit.
    • Run MFCMAPI, go Session > Logon and Display Store Table, open your mailbox’s “Root‐Mailbox” store.
    • Expand Finder > Reminders, sort by Subject, locate the phantom meeting reminder, right-click it and choose Delete Message (use one of the permanent-delete options).

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow the steps above and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can continue working together to resolve the issue.

If you found the response useful, please consider marking it as accepted, as this may help other community members who are looking for similar guidance.

I look forward to continuing the conversation.
