Login Option Not Showing in Asphalt 8 (PC) – Need Help

Hello everyone,

I am having a problem with Asphalt 8: Airborne on my PC. I want to log in to my old account, but the login option is not showing anywhere in the game.

I checked the settings menu, but I still cannot find any option to sign in or connect my account. Because of this, I cannot access my previous progress.

I installed the game on PC and everything works fine, but the account login option is missing.

Has anyone experienced the same issue before? If you know how to fix this or how I can log in to my account, please help me.

    I see that you are having playing a game you have. Before we proceed, may I know if there are any other game having the same issue? Both from the Microsoft Store or on another platform.

    In the meantime, please try this quick fix to see if it helps.

    • Close the game completely
    • Go to Settings Time & Language > Date & time.
    • Make sure "Set time automatically" is enabled.
    • Select "Sync now" to resync the clock.
    • Restart the game.
