Please add Switzerland (EFTA) to Artifact Signing identity validation country list

Swiss-registered organizations cannot complete Artifact Signing (Trusted Signing) identity validation because Switzerland is not included in the country dropdown.

This appears to be an oversight. Switzerland is already:

  • Included in Microsoft's EU Data Boundary alongside EU member states
  • Home to the Azure Switzerland North datacenter region
  • Listed as a selectable region on the Artifact Signing pricing page
  • Grouped with EU/EFTA across all other Azure services

The Artifact Signing FAQ states the service is available to organizations in the USA, Canada, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. EFTA countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) are not mentioned despite being treated as equivalent to EU in every other Azure context.

We are a Swiss-registered company (AG) ready to use Artifact Signing today. We have created a Pay-As-You-Go subscription, set up the Artifact Signing account in Switzerland North, and assigned the necessary IAM roles, but cannot proceed because Switzerland is missing from the identity validation form.

Could EFTA countries be added to the supported country list? Is there a timeline for this?

We have Switzerland on our roadmap. However, don't have a date yet to share. Thank you for highlighting the differences in the availability on Pricing page vs Azure portal. We will be sure to add a disclaimer on Pricing page as well about the availability.
