Hi!
I have a question regarding info from v1.0/organization graph api
Where these fields:
securityComplianceNotificationMails
securityComplianceNotificationPhones
technicalNotificationMails
are visible in the UI (user interface)? I can't find it in the entra, admin and so on.
I used copilot to ask about it and he suggest that it is not visible and those fields are deprecated, is he right?

The two "email" fields can be configured via the Overview > Properties page in Entra admin center (direct link: https://entra.microsoft.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_IAM/TenantOverview.ReactView/initialValue//tabId//recommendationResourceId//fromNav/Identity). The rest is PowerShell/Graph only.
do you mean Technical contact, global privacy contact and privacy statement URL? Those fields are updated by privacyProfile and technicalNotificationMails by using this endpoint:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/organization-update?view=graph-rest-1.0&viewFallbackFrom=graph-rest-v10&tabs=http and it works correctly (changes are visibile in the UI)
The rest - security Mails/Phones and technicalNotificaiton - do they have any use case if it can be set only via graph api?
You can also configure the technicalNotificationMails value via the M365 Admin portal and the org profile settings therein. There is also the marketingNotificationEmails one, that's not exposed anywhere in the UI, afaik.
The purpose is mostly to receive email notifications, but the technical contact details can also be used as part of the verification when contacting support with regards to some recovery scenarios.
Aa so how securityComplianceNotificationMails, securityComplianceNotificationPhones and marketingNotificationEmails are initalized? during tenant creation?
And one more question - by using beta endpoint ( beta/organization ) there is more fields to update - question specific about address related fields - it should be visible in admin.cloud.microft in billing accounts - but when I change this data via graph api new address is not visible there- do you know why it does not work?
But when I change it in UI and then use get in graph api - new address is visible.

No, they are optional, afaik. I have them empty in most of my test tenants, you are not asked to configure them anywhere during the signin process.
As for the M365 Admin center, it uses its own internal APIs, as well as the CommerceAPI, for the Billing stuff. What you are seeing is likely due to replication delay, as it reads the data from a different backend. We don't have full parity with the Graph on that front, nor any supported method to call said APIs.
