Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hi @Anne Barnes,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding your request to check your Microsoft licensing and ensure your Office apps are up to date, I’d like to gather a bit more information so I can better understand your situation and assist you effectively.
I noticed your question is posted under the Business tag, so my initial guidance will focus on work/school (Microsoft 365) accounts.
If this issue is happening with a personal Microsoft account instead, could you please let me know so I can adjust the troubleshooting steps accordingly?
May I ask which subscription did you purchased?

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While this reply may not resolve the issue immediately, the additional details will help me provide more accurate guidance.
