Need help downloading excel and word and powerpoint

I am unable to download Microsoft excel and Microsoft word and powerpoint onto my Mac book. I have an account but it is telling me I do not.

    Where exactly are you signing in with your Microsoft account? Do you no longer see your license listed under your Microsoft account?

    If you have a license for a perpetual Office version, such as Office Home 2024, please sign in with your Microsoft account at the link below to download the Office applications on your Mac:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

    If you encounter any error messages during the download or activation process, please let us know.
