Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hi @Will Chen
From my research, there is no direct public contact or standalone submission checklist for requesting that new devices be added to the Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway compatibility list.
If you are a device manufacturer and are looking for official recognition (for example, having devices listed as compatible or pursuing certification), the documented path is to engage through the Microsoft Teams Device Certification Program. This program is invitation‑based, and vendors may request consideration using the public intake process described here: How to join the program
Submissions are reviewed periodically, and vendors may be contacted for further discussion if your product aligns with the program scope. Some technical specifications and interoperability details are not publicly available and are only shared after acceptance into the program.
As forum moderator, my scope is limited to general guidance and publicly documented information. I don’t have the ability to contact Microsoft product teams directly or assist with device onboarding, certification, or compatibility approvals.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
