The "Unexpected error" page with code ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK indicates that the Pearson VUE account has been blocked, typically because of multiple failed payment attempts.
To proceed (both for scheduling new exams and for viewing score reports), the block must be removed by Pearson VUE support:
- Go to Pearson VUE support for Microsoft exams: use the Pearson VUE contact link listed under exam appointment and scheduling issues.
- Provide the Pearson VUE support team with the account details they request and mention that the error shown is
ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCKwhen transferring from Microsoft Learn. - After Pearson VUE removes the block, return to the Microsoft Learn exam page and repeat the "Schedule with Pearson VUE" or "View details on provider site" flow.
Once the Pearson VUE account is unblocked, AZ‑305 results can also be accessed from the Learn profile:
- Sign in to Learn with the same Microsoft account used to schedule the exam.
- Open the profile → Credentials → Certifications.
- In Past exams, select View details on provider site next to the AZ‑305 exam to open the Pearson VUE dashboard and view the score report.
