I am a software engineer at 15five and We have lost access to app Id - '7a310905-6af7-42d2-9bd5-de965a8a0a4a' which is what powers our microsoft marketplace offering - https://marketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/product/saas/wa200001996?tab=overview. This is a pretty old app published in 2020. We want to restore access to the app as whoever owns the app most likely no longer works at 15five. We can't find this app in any of the available account. It is critical for our business to get access to this app. Please let us know if you need any more information from us.

I upgraded our support plan to Standard and submitted a support ticket and I haven't heard from anyone yet. This is a critical for our business to resolve this issue and any help would be appreciated
