I purchased a one-time purchase for Microsoft Office in April, 2021 on Amazon. The seller is no longer associated with Amazon and I have lost my key. How do I get a key to get my lifetime subscription going? I had to get another computer and it requires a key. Thank you so much

    Once you have redeemed your product key, you can't use it again. The associated account effectively becomes the product key, and you use your account when you need to reinstall Office.
