Everything on my VM has been created, but it says "Unable to provide the vault information. Retry the operation after waiting for a few minutes (Code: ResourceNotYetSynced)"

How do I refresh?

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

From the deployment details, I can see that the Virtual Machine and related resources were created successfully, which is why you are able to log in without any issues.

However, the deployment step responsible for configuring the Backup Vault / Backup Policy shows a Conflict status. This indicates that the backup configuration did not complete successfully during the deployment.

As a result, the VM itself is working normally, but backup may not currently be enabled for this VM.

To confirm this, please check the following in the Azure portal:

    • Navigate to your Virtual Machine
    • In the left menu, search for Backup.
    • Verify whether backup is enabled or not.

If backup is not enabled, you can enable it manually by selecting the Recovery Services Vault and applying the appropriate backup policy.

If you prefer, you can also share the operation details for the failed deployment (BackupVaultAndOrPolicy) so we can review the exact conflict error and assist further.

Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any queries.
