Scanner Offline

My HP 7900 Series printer is installed correctly and is online. However, the scanner continually says "offline". I have not been able to reinstall it.

    Hi,

    Access the Start menu > Settings > Bluetooth and devices > Printers > click the arrow > select HP7500 ENVY remove devices

    After removing, if it's USB, disconnect USB and download the Easy Start with the scanner and printer driver.

    Follow the procedure.

    If it's a network connection, you can use HP Start or click Add devices and wait for it to locate the printer; it will appear in printer and scanner mode and connect.
