I understand how frustrating it is when the menu option you’re told to use (“Get app/Get apps”) simply isn’t there, especially when you just want to install the Zoom add-in and move on.
To clarify first, Outlook add-ins (including Zoom) are not provided as a separate downloadable installer inside Outlook online. They are added directly from the built‑in Store/AppSource experience and then become available in Outlook. In newer Outlook experiences, the previous “Get app / Get add-ins” button is intentionally replaced by All apps or More apps, so its absence does not indicate a problem.
Option 1: Install Zoom from inside Outlook on the web
- Sign in to Outlook on the web and stay in the Mail view.
- On the left app bar (or within the ribbon area), select More apps and then select Add apps.
- In the Apps page, search for Zoom for Outlook, select it, and then select Add.
- Refresh the browser tab after installation, then open Calendar and create a new event. Depending on the UI you’re on, Zoom is typically accessed via the Apps/More apps area for the meeting/event surface.

Option 2: Install Zoom directly from the official Microsoft listing
If you prefer not to hunt for the in-app store entry point, you can start from Zoom’s official Microsoft Marketplace listing and follow the prompts to add it to Outlook: Zoom for Outlook Add-in
