Starting from KB5074109 > KB5077181 > KB5079473

S3 sleep issue persists. The screen goes black, but PC still works; only a hard reset helps.

My HW configuration:

  • GIGABYTE Z690 AORUS ULTRA
  • Intel Core i9-12900K
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI GTX 970 Gaming (MS-V316))
  • Kingston KF556C40-32 x2 (64Gb)
  • 4k monitors x2

If you have this issue, uninstall this update and hide it.

    Install-Module PSWindowsUpdate
