lost password and cant reset because never updated to correct phonenumber

Hi,

my girlfriend has an account on hotmail which she used since she was a little kid. a couple months ago the password was changed and she doesnt remember what it is anymore. resetting password is impossible because the phonenumber linked to the account is not in use anymore.

weve tried going the recover password way. where they asked who she contacted last on the email etc etc. ofcourse this is near impossible to accurately fill as the emails dont load back in because shes logged out. she filled in past passwords postal code and even securityquestion. everytime we try they send us back an email saying it wasnt enough to know she is the actual owner of the account. we do have screenshots to show that the account was already logged in on multiple of her old phones and on her ipad, but theres no way to show it to support team so they can verify that she is the actual owner. there are some important files and pictures/videos on the account that are essential to get back.

can anyone please help solve this problem. we have so much proof that it is her account but the answer we provided on the questions asked on the recovery form are just not enough. we cant even tell them the number that the code was sent to for verification of ownership.

weve used all our attempts to log in and weve already used all the attempts to verify its her account.
