I've been going in circles trying to find and access Microsoft for 365 in my account. I cannot even find a contact support link for any form of live chat. What's up with this?

If you purchased a subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family from Microsoft, did you actually download and install the software?
If so, you will find the individual Microsoft 365 apps in your Start menu, like this:
