My Microsoft account was stolen twice and Microsoft just tells me its not there problem

My Microsoft account was stolen by an attacker using a weird email removed - the attacker stole my account by deleting my emails from the account and I tried everything to fix it.

furthermore Microsoft just tells me its not there problem and tells me to make a new account and buy my stuff back and yet I did that and it just immediately gets stolen again. frankly I'm done I got my own problems In real life, is this just to throw salt in the wound if I cant get my account back I'm probably going to end my life soon.
