You can use custom dimensions in your calculation models. By using Power Fx expressions, if you use custom dimensions in the entity, IntelliSense suggests them. For example, you can use custom dimensions in condition, calculation, and reporting actions.
If you already defined and ingested data with custom dimensions, IntelliSense can guide you when you design a condition or calculation action.

There's no type validation during design, and calculations fail with incompatible types such as if a string is used in numerical expressions.
