Supplementary terms of service for enterprise apps and agents

This application or agent (“Application”) requires an active subscription to Microsoft Online Services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, or Power Platform ("Application Services").

As such, this Application is governed by the organization’s Microsoft subscription agreement, including the Microsoft Product Terms at Microsoft Product Terms and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Users may lose access to this Application if the organization’s subscription expires or terminates, or the organization terminates the user’s access to the Application or the Application Services. The Application may include third-party components licensed under separate terms. Notices related to these components may be found at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/products/notices or within accompanying documentation.

To function as intended, the Application may enable data flow between Application Services the organization has subscribed to (for example, between Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365), unless such data flow has been disabled by the organization’s administrator via existing controls. Microsoft’s current data handling, privacy, and security commitments for any Application Service apply to Customer Data the Application Service may process and/or store for the Application.

Customers are responsible for evaluating whether data flows between Application Services are appropriate for their organization's usage and compliance requirements.
